Welcome! I'm Alyssa and after a turbulent 2011 I am hoping for a calmer 2012 where I can truly focus on the things that matter to me; family, friends and my creative works!
I will be posting a new entry every Sunday to let you know what has happened regarding my writing that week. I may on occasion choose to share snippets of my work or whole pieces for you to read and hopefully enjoy.

- Alyssa Swan is the author of many published and unpublished works. After joining a writers' forum January 2011 she started honing her writing abilities and in August 2011 started submitting her work. Within six months she had amassed eight publications, all flash fiction pieces. Her ultimate goal is to have a chick-lit novel published before 2015. In the meantime, her published works can be found in a number of e-zines and anthologies. Alyssa is single, living in London, UK with her son and drawing unlimited inspiration from her friends, who are never short of a drama or two!
